Lynne Franks is an inspirational, visionary leader who is dedicated to the empowerment of women both economically and socially through communication technology, combined with the power of story-telling and women’s circles.

She believes that the feminine principles of relationship building, sharing and love can contribute to a new kind of co-operative society where equality and harmony will benefit all.

Throughout Lynne’s long and successful career, she has influenced awareness of many societal shifts and trends. Setting up her hugely successful, eponymous PR agency at the age of 21, she is credited with initiating London Fashion Week and other high-profile initiatives. After selling her agency in 1989, she become committed to using her considerable skills and experiences to women’s issues and wider social problems, both nationally and globally.
Now based in Wincanton, Somerset, Lynne, a grandmother of seven, runs the SEED women’s leadership platform, together with her Power of Seven workshops and retreats from the SEED Hub, the home of the SEED café and the SEED store.

In 2018, Lynne was awarded an OBE for her services to business, fashion and women’s empowerment from the Prince of Wales at Buckingham Palace.
