Lynne Franks has developed the Power of Seven learning programmes as key additions to the development of women’s leadership. This unique and dynamic toolkit and learning process enables women to find joy and purpose in their lives. These seven archetypes have been designed to develop all aspects of the whole person and enable small ‘pods’ of women to take leadership roles, incorporating the seven qualities necessary for a successful community, business or social action.
 
Lynne’s seven interchangeable archetypal roles are Medicine Woman, StoryTeller, Seed Sower, Alchemist, Space Weaver, Dancer and Wisdom Keeper. These embrace all of the practical skills and experiences needed to be successful in the modern world of leadership, community and enterprise together with the ancient and indigenous images and myths they represent.
